Welcome to www.vedashram.com (vedashram). vedashram is owned and operated by vedashram Digital Services Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India. Deva Seva enables and facilitates inter alia

  • Devotees book sevas with temples or individual purohits / pandits or trusts/societies/companies (campaigner) and get sevas performed virtually
  • Devotees can donate to (campaigner) for Anandan, goseva or temple construction or dakshina
  • marketing and outreach for the foregoing Campaigns and facilitating bookings or donations for campaigners
  • Few campaigner may be initiated by vedashram itself partnering with renowned temples or individual purohits / pandits or trusts/societies/companies, in such scenarios vedashram will be termed as campaigner
  • These Terms of Use governs Your access to and use of every content, functionality or services offered on or through Deva Seva.

    • By your (You or Your) accessing, browsing and/or use of Deva Seva, You accept and agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms of Use). The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy govern vedashram relationship with You. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before proceeding. You declare Your willingness to abide and be bound by these Terms of Use through Your use of Deva Seva. If You do not agree with the Terms of Use, please do not use Deva Seva. These Terms of Use (which may be updated at the sole discretion of vedashram without intimation) will be effective immediately upon Your acceptance of Our terms and conditions, Your use of Deva Seva being indicative of such acceptance. These Terms of Use shall be enforceable against You in the same manner as any other written agreement.

    Scope of Services

    Deva Seva allows devotees to book different kinds of auspicious sevas online, to be performed at campaigners of your choice. Devotees are no longer needed to step outside but can book it within the comfort of their homes on this portal. The process of booking is easy and hassle-free. Additionally, there are a lot of sevas to choose from. Once the seva is performed, you will receive an update (message/video) for the same. Blessings are just a click away!. Devotees also can donate to annadanam goseva and temple construction sevas offered by campaigners.


    We perform a prima facie verification of the Campaigners stated objectives at our discretion (KYC of campaigner through registration documents and government id proofs). However, You understand, hereby acknowledge and agree that vedashram doesn’t conduct any detailed and in-depth checks on the veracity and genuineness of the Campaigners. Thus, vedashram makes no representation with respect to the genuineness and information of the campaigner and shall have no liability to any party in relation to any transactions undertaken between the Devotee and Campaigner

    Warrants

    vedashram is built only for Indian users and doesn’t facilitate any transactions for Non Indian passport holders. Devotee represents and warrants that shall not attempt, directly or indirectly, to book sevas or donate to sevas offered by campaigners if they don’t hold Indian passport.


    Campaigners warrants that they comply with the provisions of FCRA and Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA).


    Please note that in accordance with the FCRA, the following persons cannot receive foreign contributions (this list may be amended from time to time in accordance with regulatory and statutory actions, and such amendment shall apply to You with immediate effect from such regulatory or statutory action):


    candidates for election;
  • correspondents, columnists, cartoonists, editors, owners, printers or publishers of registered newspapers;
  • judges, government servants, or employees of any corporation or any other body controlled or owned by the government;
  • members of any legislature;
  • political parties or their office bearers;
  • organisations of political nature, as may be specified by the central government;
  • associations or companies engaged in the production or broadcast of audio news, audio visual news, or current affairs programmes through any electronic mode or any other mode of mass communication;
  • correspondents or columnists, cartoonists, editors, or owners of associations or companies referred in the clause above.

    • General

    These Terms of Use comprise the full and complete agreement between You and vedashram with respect to the use of Deva Seva and supersedes and cancels all prior communications, understandings and agreements between You and vedashram , whether written or oral, expressed or implied with respect thereto. Nothing herein creates any power or authority or any party nor does anything herein contain any provision to assume or create any obligation or responsibility on any party on behalf of each other. The Terms of Use will not be construed to create or imply any partnership, agency or joint venture relationship.


    vedashram shall be entitled to assign their rights and obligations hereunder to any affiliate, third party or as part of any restructuring, business combination, merger or acquisition without any prior notice provided to any other party.


    Any notice to be given in connection with these Terms of Use shall be delivered via email to vedashram at support@vedashram.com or to You at the email address provided by You in Your profile. You consent to the use of electronic communications in order to the electronic delivery of notices in relation to any matter under these Terms of Use.
